How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your inquiry about residences. Your submission is emailed to us and saved in a private spreadsheet so we can follow up.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.

Service providers

• Amazon Web Services hosts the site and delivers inquiry emails.
• Google stores inquiries in a private spreadsheet and serves the site’s fonts.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for spam and may process your IP address and browser details to do so.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiries only as long as needed to respond and follow up. To see, correct, or delete the information you submitted, send a request through our inquiry form and we will act on it promptly.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above.
